Factless In Boston

Thursday was a banner day for the witless wonder on Dennis and Callahan. Choosing, again, to spew fact over fiction, he let loose with a flood of propaganda all morning. Two things in particular stood out.

First, he claimed that Greta van Susteren is a right-winger. Iggy, you brainless buffoon. If watching or listening to her for five minutes does not make you realize she is in fact a liberal, how about the fact that she served the Clinton regime? Obviously, you know nothing about her, but as with everything else on which you opine, you did not let facts get in the way of your argument.

His second blatant offense, was stating that Clinton was impeached for “moral issues”. This is a very common liberal talking point. It falls under Stalin's axiom that if you tell a lie often enough, eventually it becomes the truth. The fact is that Clinton was impeached (i.e. indicted by the House) for committing perjury. He lied, under oath, about his affair with Monica Lewinsky. He was 100% guilty, as his perjury was recorded on tape for posterity. The only reason he was not removed from office, was that the liberals in the Senate did not convict him as they were legally obligated to do. Instead, hey chose to shirk their constitutional duty and let him off the hook for political reasons.

As an aside, in the military, that's called dereliction of duty. In my book, every senator who voted to save him was guilty of breaking their oaths of office, and they themselves should have been removed from office.

Ironically, their blatant disregard for the Constitution pretty much led to the election of George W. Bush, as a two-year sitting President Gore would almost certainly have won the 2000 election in a landslide. I say almost certainly because even though we can never know for sure, I'm pretty sure that even our Climate Change Charlatan could not have screwed it up.

So Iggy, to channel Jim Callhoun, get some facts and get back to us you miserable vomitous mass.

Iggy Is Full Of It On WEEI

On Thursday, Iggy proclaimed how much he hates the city's mounted police force because of all of the horseshit they leave behind that needs to be avoided and cleaned up. Well, I guess now he knows how Chach and the rest of us feel every time he opens his mouth.

On Friday, the boys read the story from the Boston Globe (AKA Dead Newspaper Walking) about the massive Massachusetts job increase in May - 4,900. Iggy gushed giddily about that jobs story like Chris Matthews and Brian Williams getting ready for a threesome - I mean interview with Obama, but we really need to rain on his parade. Don't get me wrong, I hope that we have turned the corner. However, after watching the liberal media get Clinton elected in 1992 by suppressing the fact that the 1990-91 recession ended 11 months before the election, and then try the same thing with Kerry in 2004 - anyone remember the "worst economy since Hoover" that was adding 100,000+ jobs a month - I felt it would only be fair and balanced to reciprocate the same tactic as Sir Rants-a-Lot gears up to credit the messiah with the greatest economic recovery since the post WWII boom.

So, lets look at the 4,900 new jobs. First of all, its a drop in the well. especially considering the hundreds of thousands of jobs that have been shed in the last year. Now lets look at the pertinent facts in the story: "The state reported that Bay State employers added 4,900 new jobs to payrolls last month" and "The state saw growth in the health, education, professional, scientific and leisure industries". Odd that specific numbers were not in the story. How many of those jobs are phony jobs; either government jobs or jobs created by the spendulus bill, not truly created out of need? What about the breakdown? Was it 200 jobs in the first four listed sectors and 4,700 jobs in the "leisure industries" - you know, all of those low-paying, temporary service jobs created during the summer so that the little people can serve the liberal elite on the Cape and islands? Sorry, Iggy sounds like all smoke and mirrors to me. Obama's economy is the worst economy since Carter.

The Yankee Fan Worm Has Turned In Boston

Isn't it amazing how the worm has turned with Yankee fans? As long as I could remember, whether listening to a caller on the radio, or discussing Red Sox/Yankees with friends and co-workers, it seemed that the Yankee fan was always the erudite participant in the conversation – Frank from Gloucester and the old Mustard and Johnson Yankee Talk callers aside.

At some point late last year, things started to change. Suddenly, Yankee fans started to sound like liberals trying to argue their cause. They spout off baseless propaganda, and when confronted with facts and reality, they will duck questions, change arguments and personally attack either you or members of the Red Sox organization. They even have a Yankee fan equivalent to screaming Halliburton! When all else fails, they resort to ‘Twenty-Six Championships!”

I’m loving it all. My hope for tonight is that Sabathia the Hut pitches five no-hit innings, but the Red Sox still win a rain-shortened, 1-0 game after A-Rod boots a ball in the bottom of the fifth leading to an unearned run. Hank Steinbrenner’s head would spontaneously explode. It would be sweepalicious.

Still Crazy After All These Years On WEEI

Once again Iggy shows what a lying, ignorant fraud he is, discussing the corrupt, criminal actions of Sal DiMasi. According to our lefty lunatic, when a Republican does something wrong, its because he's a Republican. When a Democrat does something wrong, all politicians are scum. He then had the balls to blame the Republicans for the corruptness of Democrats, claiming that the Republicans are at fault for not running good candidates! Gerry made a great point when he said it would not matter who ran because the problem lies with the brain-dead iggyot voters in the People's Republic of Massachusetts.

The Republicans could run Teddy Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln or Thomas Jefferson against A mannequin with a (D) next to its name, and they would all lose to the (D)ummy. Between the moon bats like Iggy, the legions of beholden public employees and the brain dead union members who do whatever they are told by their union commissars - I mean delegates, the deck is stacked. "Democracy" in Massachusetts, and in most of America for that matter, has become two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for dinner. A lazy, greedy, envious majority has discovered they joys of voting themselves the earnings of others.

Iggy is so uninformed, he didn't even know that the reps have to run for re-election, insisting that DiMasi did not have to run in 2006 after being elected in 2004. I bet Iggy does not even know who his own Rep is, let alone who, if anyone, ran against him last election. Like the other voting fools, all he needs to see is the (D) next to some letters comprising a name on a voting sheet and he is all set. The name could be Hitler, Stalin or Dipshit, and he would not even notice as he pulled the lever. People like Iggy are why America is in decline.

On a personal note, a great job by A. Gervasio and Sons of Foster, RI. They really cleaned things up for me and the garden is shaping up nicely. I have almost everything in; just need to sow the Yukon gold potatoes and transplant my mystery squash. A whole bunch of squash seeds sprouted from my compost pile and I just had to know what they are, so I saved a few before work began. In fact, after all that scraping, digging and moving of earth, I noticed today that another one has sprouted in the area where my compost pile had been. It's pretty amazing how life finds a way. Next up: tackling the flower beds for the wife.
